Alyeskoons Jenny Creek of Denalicoons

Color: Brown Classic Tabby DOB: 1993

Currently we have several spayed adult females looking for lifetime homes such as Jenny. Jenny is a littermate sister to Teklanika, who is also looking for a home. Both Jenny and Teklanika are retired from shows and breeding. Jenny never liked the fuss and muss of shows.

Jenny is a medium-sized brown tabby who likes company of either people or other cats. When she is in the "mood" she "demands" attention from me. She is a sweet girl who is a nice companion to have around. Overall Jenny is a quiet, gentle cat. She will "grumble" and try to run whenever she is being combed. She does not like to be picked up and will grumble and try to get away. Jenny likes to go to the other cats and drop her head so the others will wash her face. She returns the favor when they do.

Jenny, like all our cats, like being around other cats but have not had any exposure to dogs or small children.

Our cats go only to approved homes and we have a contract that buyers must sign. We require that any kitten or cat from our home be kept inside only (except when on leash, transported in a carrier, or in an enclosed outdoor run). We also have a questionnaire and Vet authorization that we ask prospective buyers to complete with reference requests. We do check references provided by prospective buyers.

The cost of an adult is substantially less than for a kitten. Our main concern is that these cats go to loving homes where they get plenty of attention. We wish we could keep them all!
